  • 1 min read

For a new and strategically important dredging project, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who knows how to build a project from zero to execution.

This role is not about maintaining an existing structure — you create it. From day one, you will set up the framework, define processes, align stakeholders, and lead the project through to successful completion.

You are the central link between client, contractors, and project teams, ensuring the project runs structured, efficient, and under control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and structure the dredging project from the initial phase

  • Define and implement project organization, processes, and workflows

  • Coordinate and manage all internal and external stakeholders

  • Control planning, budget, quality, and risk

  • Report progress, risks, and key decisions to relevant parties

  • Ensure professional and transparent cooperation with the client

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in dredging, marine, or offshore projects

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Able to work independently, make decisions, and create structure where none exists

  • Willing and able to work under a direct contract with the client

  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese

  • Good command of English and/or Dutch is a strong advantage

What We Offer

  • A key role in a new, high-impact dredging project

  • High level of responsibility with real decision-making authority

  • Collaboration with international stakeholders

  • Competitive, market-based conditions agreed directly with the client
