We are preparing to introduce a central dashboard that brings document compliance and mobilisation management together in one system.
Across our offices, Account Managers and Back Office colleagues will work within the same platform, sharing information, coordinating responsibilities and following each mobilisation from preparation through to joining.

The platform combines centralised documentation, certificate monitoring, mobilisation planning, and clear task ownership.
As part of this development, we will have dedicated AI assistants designed to support our teams around the clock. These assistants will help monitor document completeness and expiry dates, flag items requiring attention, and support follow-up throughout the mobilisation process.
AI will support continuous monitoring and timely follow-up. Our colleagues will remain responsible for verification, decisions, and mobilisation approval.
