Due to rapid and ongoing project expansion, our clients are continuously seeking Project Managers, Work Managers, Dredging Superintendents and Technical Superintendents.
Key responsibilities
Organize and oversee the execution of dredging works.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets and agreed methodologies.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental care.
Identify and minimize risks to people, equipment and operations.
Your profile
You act as a role model and demonstrate respect, flexibility and loyalty across all levels.
You have strong leadership and communication skills and can motivate, guide and develop teams.
You identify and mitigate operational risks and take ownership of project and divisional objectives.
You bring proven technical, financial and administrative experience in international dredging operations.
You work independently and lead with confidence.
