Boreas Maritime and Boreas Dredging are recruiting for our client operating in Middle East Asia for experienced Project Manager(s) /work manager (s) and dredging Superintendent(s).
Due to the enormous growth of activities our client is continuously searching for various positions within the Dredging industry, also candidates with less experience but willing to participate in the company's training academy are more than welcome!
For all positions, the main objective is:
Organizing and supervising the execution of the dredging works for which he/she is responsible according to the preset planning, budgeting, and applied methods, also observing the standards for quality, safety, and environmental care with a minimum risk to persons and equipment.
The ideal candidate has - is :

Technical, financial, and administrative proven experience in conducting foreign sites and dredging activities
Leadership and Organizational / Managerial capabilities
able to lead and motivate the project team.
Ability to work autonomously
